Confusing mixed terms

Exchange – This is the actual name of our new mail system and the software the email servers run.

Outlook – a mail application that can be used to connect to the Exchange mail.  This application, while great provides a similar experience to the OWA (below) but requires additional resources, upgrades, and in some cases computer replacements.

OWA – the Outlook Web App –  the preferred way of connecting to the Exchange mail using only your web browser.  Connecting this way makes your mail experience consistent from machine to machine and requires few resources.
