Revised Support Portal available on campus

The new support site for all repairs of equipment, computers, etc is now at service.eppleyits.com.  You do not need to enter an ID and password at the top to create a service request.  The ID and password is for us to manage the requests.

We have recently added a help request portal for computer issues.  If you are on campus, you can go directly to this page and describe the problem you are having.  This gives room to explain the problem and even allows you to provide a screenshot of the behavior.

This helps us not only to know you have a problem but to schedule time and resolve the problems more efficiently.  Visit the portal here:
